On April 23, 2014, in Skopje, the second meeting of Joint Working Group (ZRG) for cross-border cooperation between Bulgaria-Macedonia 2014-2020 was held.

The main topic of the meeting was the presentation of the program strategy and review and approval of the thematic priorities.

After debate and discussion on the priority ranking from the informative meetings, there were selected following three (3) priorities:

TP2. Environmental protection, promotion, adaptation to climate change and reduction, prevention and management of risk;

TP 4. Promoting tourism and cultural and natural heritage;

TP 7. Increasing competitiveness, business environment and development of small and medium enterprises, trade and investments.

Special emphasis was placed on the need to stimulate the participation of young people in the region of the cross-border implementation of selected priority.
